COLD WATER THERAPY

After Care:

  • Warm up slowly, do not jump into a hot shower, sauna, or hot tub immediately.

  • If you are practicing contrast therapy and you will be in the cold or hot for more than 1 minute, wait between 3-5 minutes before entering into the next temperature source.

  • Drink lots of water

  • Be kind to yourself as you have just put your body through some stress
