BREATHWORK

BREATHWORK is an amazing practice for the brain, as it has the power to uplift and energize you, promoting mental clarity and focus.

What to expect at beginning: I will have you laying down on a yoga mat, with a hand made eye pillow (filled with flaxseed and dried lavender) covering your eyes that helps with relaxation, covered or not by a blanket, and just simply being as cozy as possible.

What to expect during: I will be guiding you through a series of breathing techniques by the beats of music. This session can last between 20 - 60 minutes depending on what package you have purchased. All breathing techniques are demoed by yours truly, and I am with you for every inhale and exhale. During this journey, you are moving your body (with breathe) from it’s parasympathetic nervous system (relaxed and chill state), to it’s sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight state), and back down into the parasympathetic (relaxed and chill state) again. I’ll explain this more in depth when you join me for a session, as well as, all the wonderful and magical things that can happen during your time with me.
